My System Is Still Running. Why Have It Looked at Now?

The problems that produce the biggest repair bills generally announce themselves quietly first. A slow refrigerant leak, a developing heat exchanger issue, duct losses adding to every energy bill. None of those stop your system immediately. They make it work harder and cost more until something gives. Finding them early is a service call. Finding them after the furnace stops on a cold night is its own conversation.

How Do I Know If the Quote I Got Is Accurate?

Ask whether the person who gave it looked at your home before producing it. A quote based solely on square footage overlooks duct condition, ceiling height, and how your specific home handles its heating and cooling load. If the visit was under 30 minutes and no one went into the attic or crawl space, the recommendation may not reflect your house. What Does It Mean That You're an Authorized Carrier Dealer?

The manufacturer's warranty on Carrier equipment is fully preserved when an authorized dealer does the installation. A non-authorized contractor may deliver a reduced or voided warranty on the same equipment. We're also trained to size and configure Carrier systems correctly, which affects performance as much as the equipment quality itself. We carry the full Carrier product line, including variable-speed and two-stage systems suited to Silicon Valley's range of housing and microclimates.

Hire an Authorized Carrier Dealer for Your HVAC Service

As an authorized Carrier dealer, we're trained to install Carrier systems correctly. That matters in a specific, practical way: Carrier equipment installed by a non-authorized contractor may carry a reduced or voided manufacturer's warranty. The same unit, installed by us, carries the full warranty. We also carry Carrier's full product line, including variable-speed and two-stage systems suited to Silicon Valley's range of housing and microclimates, rather than the entry-level equipment that's easiest to move.

Every job we complete includes our own one-year warranty on parts and labor, in addition to the manufacturer's coverage. If something isn't right, our owner wants to hear about it personally. We're EPA-registered and a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating. Financing is available for larger installations.
