I just had my first-year maintenance check from AAA Furnace. My technician was Max. He was on time, friendly, and efficient.
I needed only to show him where everything was, then I was free to go about my business.
He adjusted the thermostats per my request, flushed the water heater, did some other applicable things, and left me some filters. Some areas he needed to work in were not so tidy, but he didn't complain. He answered all the questions I'd accumulated over the past year and really was very helpful & knowledgeable.
