About a year ago AAA installed an A/C unit in my house. They did a great job and went way beyond their given tasks.
Now I got a call that it's time for the annual maintenance, which apparently I didn't even remember about.
Technician named Max came on time, checked and tested all the appliances. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me what he did and what he found. It was very professional, on time, thorough, clean.
I think that this company is the best in their field. I had experience with other heating and A/C companies. None was as good as AAA in many ways. Thank you very much!

Quick, Professional, and Easy to Work With
AAA Furnace installed our air conditioning system and our water heater, and they’ve maintained both over the years. They’ve always been quick, professional, and easy to work with.
When our very old water heater broke on a Sunday afternoon, they came out the same day and installed a new one. Recently we discovered a pipe leak near the water heater (not a section they had previously worked on). They came out right away, opened the wall to locate the problem, repaired the pipe, checked for any additional leaks, and patched everything back up.
They worked efficiently, explained the issue clearly, and the repair was priced fairly. I really appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

Communication needs improvement
The installation of a new air conditioner went perfectly. Prior to that, it took one week to figure out we needed one as the scheduling was not perfect, since it was raining in SJ but not at our house. The scheduler wouldn’t tell the actual workers, which added an extra two days. The communication between the scheduling and actual technicians needs to be improved. That’s why the 4 rating.
