A Great Company-Wide Experience!!
Started with HEAT WAVE week... of course the A/C quit... called AAA at 8 a.m. (because they installed/maintain the unit) and got Monica... very professional in scheduling for NEXT DAY!!! Later that day, got call from BOSS (name??), had a cancellation, and could fit me in at 4 p.m. YEAH!!
At 4 p.m. William showed up. Even though he had been working all day, he was very "clean" looking. He listened to my version, then did a couple of checks. AHHHHH the elusive CAPACITOR was the culprit!!! William replaced it, ran checks, chatted a bit, took payment, and was gone in less than an hour.

I was having cooling problems with my A/C this week, so I contacted AAA immediately. Thankfully, they were able to get someone out to me later on that day. The gentleman that arrived was Robert B. He was kind and courteous, all while being calm, cool, and collected during his very thorough analysis/diagnosis. Luckily, he happened to have the parts on hand to make the necessary repairs on my system and had my house cooling down within the hour of when he arrived. I am EXTREMELY thankful for companies like AAA, as well as employees like Rob B., who truly do care about the customer's experience. Especially during a heat wave! This place makes the whole process (from calling in with an emergency, scheduling an appointment as soon as possible, and executing a successful servicing of your equipment) so darn easy.
