Fixed My AC on a Sunday
My AC stopped working on Saturday. I called today, Sunday morning, and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. Amy informed me that if there was a cancellation or opening before then, she would call me. Amy called me back within 45 minutes and let me know that the service tech, William, would be able to stop by between jobs today. About 45 minutes later, William arrived. He determined the issue was the capacitor, replaced it, and that fixed it. I had my AC back working by 10:30 am (on a Sunday).
