Kevin, the AC technician, came out on 7/17/24 and thoroughly checked the AC, found the problem, and advised me what was necessary to fix it. This is a great company. My AC compressor died on Friday night at midnight with no warning and a heat wave looming in the forecast. Mistakenly, I called a different contractor for repairs and after 10 minutes, he diagnosed a broken fan motor and quoted $14,500 for an entirely new heat and AC system. Something didn't feel right. I called Marissa at AAA Furnace and Air and she promptly set up a technician appointment for me later that day. William arrived and within minutes discovered the capacitor was bad, replaced it and the AC was working again! The owner even called to check in on me and make sure everything was ok.
